About Pharus

Pharus Succession is the project of an entrepreneur who’s passionate about small and medium enterprises. An experienced operator in different countries, sectors, and functions, both in startups and in large corporations, Rafael seeks to acquire and manage an excellent company, preserving its roots and fostering the development of its team, customers, and suppliers.

Pharus is supported by seasoned business owners and investors with extensive knowledge and experience in different sectors. More than investors, they are partners and mentors, focused on the long-term development of this project. Unlike acquisitions by large funds, the acquired company will not be part of a portfolio; it will be a unique and exclusive project. We are individuals who value human capital, culture, and the work environment. We will maintain everything that is working and gradually bring punctual improvements for a sustained growth.
